Stayed here with family and they wrnt out of their way to help. Unfortunately there was a problem with my room which had been allocated. The people in it had decided on a late checkout which wasnt communicated to reception. They sorted it and they found me another room. When entering the room the tv kept turning on and off...

We have just returned from a family trip to Brighton, we stayed 1 night at the Hilton Metropole, on the whole we had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, even when we arrived extremely early for check-in they were accomodating. We found the rooms very clean and of an average size and we had everything we...

A few of us booked the Hilton Metropole for a weekend, and I think this is where online check-in that is offered by Hilton Honours can be quite helpful. Having followed the process a couple of us were able to pick our double rooms which were extremely sizable, although those who went with a "normal" check in weren't quite as...

A nice family room with plenty of space. The spa is delightful and relaxing. Nice swimming pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Easy to get to the lanes and a walk along the sea front. In the morning you can enjoy a sea view whilst enjoying breakfast. The buffet is wonderful and caters for all tastes

I have stayed one night at this hotel, the location is great although the construction across the street is just little bit too noisy. The food, the room and service is great. I look forward to stay in the hotel over again.

Second stay at this hotel, great location, sea view room was a bonus during this lovely sunny stay. All staff were courteous particularly in the bar which was very busy. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others

We visited as we were in Brighton on a nite out. After seeing some of the reviews about the hotel being dirty, when we got there we were baffled as to what people were talking about as our room was spotless. It was tiny on the 6th floor. Our bathroom was so lovely and the bed was really comfy. The...

Attended a conference here and had to stay two nights. Room was as expected, staff were helpful. Breakfast was fine. Had a couple of wanders along the sea front after some of the sessions. If you need some personalised rock the king of rock is the place turn left out of the hotel and follow your nose :-)

I visited this hotel for a business dinner. The hotel is not the usual Hilton and is a rambling series of rooms and extensions. The staff are helpful and make up for the rather drab interior. The location is on the seafront near the new steel needle observation tower.
