Come and join us at 27 Brighton, a stylish yet homely award winning guesthouse, where a warm welcome is always assured. 27 Brighton is a small Georgian town house. As inspiration for its interior decoration, we have taken the City’s Regency heritage, seen at its most flamboyant in the Royal Pavilion. We hope that you find it interesting, comfortable and relaxing. Situated in vibrant and diverse Kemp Town our guesthouse is just 200 meters from the seafront and within a few minutes' walk of all the City’s major attractions, including the Royal Pavilion, Brighton Pier, British Airways i360 and the famous Lanes; 27 Brighton is the ideal base for your visit. Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Superbly presented and spotlessly clean premises in the heart of Brighton. Easy walk from the train station. Antony is extremely attentive but also unobtrusive. The breakfast was splendid and great value. We had a delightful stay and definitely recommend staying, we will be staying again. Thank you, Antony

Absolutely beautiful guest houses. Our granddaughter lives close and stumbled upon this on a booking website. The whole process was simple. The owners reached out to give us more information prior to arrival. When we arrived we found the owners to be fantastic. They couldn't do enough for us. Beautiful room, clean and quiet. Beautiful breakfast. The owners also spoke to us at length which made us feel very at ease. We talked about their garden which I course from my room. They took us through their office into the garden so we could have a look. Just so friendly. Also met Coco Would highly recommend. I fell on my visit (not at the guest house) and they were so gracious wanting to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Will be staying everytime I go to Brighton no need to look elsewhere. Thank you both

Everything about this hotel was superb. Location was a five minute stroll from the pier, about 10 minutes from the Pavillion and town centre. The hotel was beautifully clean, smartly decorated and well appointed. Antony gave me a free upgrade to an ensuite double room, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was perfect. Breakfast was lovely, freshly cooked, plenty of it, good choices. I paid extra for car parking, but good value as it was just outside the hotel. Antony is a friendly and welcoming host. I would highly recommend.

Anthony you as a great host, friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was perfect, very clean, tidy with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, Kim fridge with fresh milk and cold water. The room was a decent size, on the first floor overlooking the main road, which was quite busy, but quietened down the later it got. Bed very comfy and Air conditioning machine in the room which was nice during august. Very neat clean bathroom. Short walk to seaside, 5-8 mins to Brighton Pier, 10-12 mins to Brighton Town. Anthony found us a parking space nearly opposite as we arrived and cooked us a fantastic breakfast the following morning. He was on the phone to the council sorting something that had affected another guests first thing in the morning. Perfect host seemed no task to small and knows the area and local businesses well. We recommend and will return.

What an absolute gem of a place! We only stayed one night but then wished we had book 2! Everything from our first contact to our checkout was seamless! Although our room was small (we didn’t mind) the hosts had thought of everything to ensure the stay is relaxing and as hassle free as possible! He had thought of everything but not in a way that made the room cramped! Fabulous attention to detail ! The guest house has been decorated lovely inside and out and is very welcoming! As you can tell from this review it was great! Yes and we will be returning! Thanks

This was a really lovely place to stay. The location is good - near the sea front and busy shops and restaurants. Everything about it was excellent, including the furnishing and decoration of the room, very high quality and super comfortable bed and bedding, coffee maker and kettle and even a fridge with fresh milk and water. Great attention to detail. Really good breakfast with home made granola and yoghurt, fruit, plus cooked options. The host, Anthony, was absolutely lovely and really helpful with directions, booking taxis etc. One of the best small places that I have ever stayed in and if we go back to Brighton will certainly return there!

Staying away for work, lovely single bed room on ground floor. Room is small but very well appointed. Good communication from owner. Wifi was great and location was near places to eat. Shower head needs cleaning as not a lot of water getting through. The lights in the ensuite bathroom flickered a bit.
