I stayed here in July for my best firend hen party. The hotel staff are very freindly and very helpfull. They went out of their way to help us find good places to eat in nearby and had loads of recommendations. Also, we wanted to have a picnic on the beach and they allowed us to store our food in...

My husband and I stayed here recently for a night in Brighton and had booked a standard double room. Upon arrival we were fortunate to be able to use one of the hotel's limited car parking spaces. We noticed a sign in the window referring to special offers, which I was going to enquire about having been quoted the published...

I had a double room on the 4th floor with a lovely big window and a fabulous view of the sea. As I'm disabled, the lift was a must and was one reason my friends and I chose this hotel. The staff were helpful and visible and the parking was tight and limited but I was given a lot of...

Whilst this isn't the most modern hotel, what it lacks in style it has in friendliness. The hotel is well-situated very close to restaurants and only a short taxi ride from the Marina with many shops and restaurants. It is right in the sea front and not far from the centre, but the staff are the stars. They couldn't do...

I stayed at the Lanes a couple of times over the summer and have neglected to write up a review until now. It's located along Brighton sea front about 10 minutes walk to the pier, in Kemptown. I used to live in the area and had seen it many times but had never come across it on the famous hotel...

Stayed one night in sea view room. View of the pier. Quiet considering the fac it was on the main road. Three reception staff extremely friendly, helpful and chatty. No draught beer not even any beer only lagers.

Two of us stayed here for a night before attending a conference in Brighton. We had two rooms with sea views on the first floor. Roger and Medina were friendly and helpful from the moment I booked, as were the staff during our stay. I managed to park outside, which was a bonus. Breakfast was lovely. My only request is...

We spent a short break and we were happy with the hotel. The decor in the lounge is quaint and very interesting. Our bedroom was small but very clean and fresh. The TV was tiny but the sea view was brilliant. Breakfast was well cooked but simple. Real and tastier brown bread would have been appreciated, and not a lot...

We went to Brighton this weekend on a last minute whim and didn't pre-book so drove around looking for a hotel with vacancies that appealed to us. We saw The Lanes hotel and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. The hotel has an old world charm that makes you feel instantly at home and the staff...

Often go to Brighton and this is the only hotel I go to, providing I can book the top floor balcony room. The room is ok clean etc, but its the balcony that is the real deal breaker. last time I visited I spent the whole weekend on the balcony (apart from going out to eat) fantastic location and if...
