A beautiful hotel with very friendly owners. The rooms are very clean and spacious. No breakfast provided but some lovely cafes just at the end of the road. There is also a seating area in the room so we took some food and sat having breakfast looking at the sea. There is a kettle, tea and coffee supplied. The only... More

I stayed at Court Craven Guest House for 4 nights whilst attending a conference at the Brighton Centre. The building is a lovely old house set in a quiet (ish) street just off the main parade. I stayed in room 1 which was huge. It had very high ceilings and was decorated in a lovely pale colour so it was... More

Guest hoise run by a very nice, friendly couple Richard and Sam. Very near to the sea and close to the pier and town. Small but comfortable room with TV, en-suite plus tea/coffee making facilities. Bit of a climb to room on top floor but Richard carried my suitcase up for me. Only disappointment was no breakfast but there are... More

Richard and Samantha are very professional, welcoming, informative, kind hosts. The room is light filled, attractive and comfortable with great storage space. There are stairs so check if this affects you. But the great thing here is...walk out the front door, turn right and you are 500m from Brighton Pier. Turn left and you are surrounded with trendy bars, eateries... More

Me and my partner have just spent 2 nights at Court Craven. We were greeted by Sam & Richard who run the place. Warm welcoming, perfect location (5 mins to pier, 20mins to marina). This is exactly what u expect. We will be back!

Fantastic hotel for pricing and the people that run it are fantastic too! Greeted us so well and took our bags up to our rooms for us. Regularly asking if everything was okay and if we was enjoying our stay. Perfect walk to the sea front and the town! Will most definitely be booking again for next year! (Excuse our... More

My friend and I came to Brighton for a weekend trip. Court Craven was perfectly located for us being a 20 min walk from the train station, 10 mins to The Lanes and about 4 mins to the pier. The rooms were basic but neat and clean with everything needed. The 2 people who ran the guest house were so... More

Just come home from a long weekend in Brighton. Stayed 3 nights at Court Craven. Very satisfied with our stay. Over the years I have had a few "interesting" experiences with places where I have stayed, so my main concern is whether the place I stay is clean or not. If it is, most other inconveniences will be tolerated. Court... More

Very comfortable accommodation which does exactly what it says on the tin. Great location as only a 30 second walk to the beach and only 2 or 3 minutes from the pier. Comfortable bed and decent sized room with lots of storage. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided throughout our stay. The only issues we had was that the bathroom door... More
