Good value for money, would recommend staying here. If you are looking to stay near preston park, this is a good option. Staff were friendly but we didn't have our room cleaned after the first night which we did not understand why

Yes there is. There is also a basket of extra tea, coffee, and milk at reception. You can help yourself with no extra charge. A very nice little extra touch.

It’s easily walkable in half hour or a cab will cost under a tenner. Buses also go pat regularly.

There is parking but it’s limited. My advice will be to get there as close to when checkin time is at 3pm
