My partner booked a one night stay at The Neo after finding a very good deal on Groupon. On arrival we was greeted by Naomi the receptionist, who could not do enough for us the duration of our stay. Naomi took the time to show us around the cosy B&B and then showed us to our room. I was pleasantly...

Stayed here for one night and unfortunately I was unimpressed. Nice decor and good first impressions, but downhill from there. We had booked room 7 and was fully prepared for the fact that our toilet was not an ensuite and was down the corridor. However the 'ensuite' shower situation was very disappointing - it wasn't ensuite at all and was...

We visited this hotel as a getaway from London. On arrival first impressions were good. We were then shown to our room which was a semi en suite so our toilet was actually down the corridor. This wasn't something that was made clear when we booked. We booked through hotels.com where there was no mention of the toilet not being...

We had a lovely time at the Neo hotel whilst celebrating my hen do. The hotel is quirky but tasteful with lovely rooms, and excellent customer service! the team are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble, I even had a complimentary bottle of prosecco as the bride to be. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts...

Having recently stayed in Room One at the Neo, I was left impressed by the decor, but feeling that there was still more effort to make this a stand out hotel in a competitive Brighton market. I emailed a week prior to our stay, to ask the cost of putting a bottle of champagne in our room, to which I...

Our daughter treated us to a night here. Fabulous quirky decor, wonderful breakfast cooked to order, lovely comfy bed with cotton sheets, central location and helpful staff. What's not to like? We will return and would recommend. It is also dog friendly and our terrier had a welcome bag of treats in the room - a nice touch. A couple...

This hotel is lovely and quirky!!!!! Lovely unique rooms, we stayed in number 6, with a Chinese theme. Great location! Amazing breakfast!!!! Can not fault the service we were provided with. One tip though, if you struggle with stairs tell the hotel so you can stay on the lower levels as there is no life as the building listed.

The Neo is a boutique, unique little B&B near to the Brighton seafront. The building is Georgian and the rooms are all different with a very private feel. The location is excellent in walking distance of the city centre and beach. The plus points were the unique decoration and amazing, 2 course breakfast (served from 9-10:30 on weekends). The price...

Great little gem of a hotel. Felt private -- almost never heard other guests. The walls must be well insulated. I loved the decor, too. Georgian mod-classic. Exactly what I needed. Wonderful staff, too. More generous than most with in-room tea/coffee/biscuits -- silly but important! Slept too well to try the breakfast, but I'm sure it was fab. Only bad...

This is a gem of a find. I found this boutique hotel through Visit Brighton.. We could not have stayed at a better place. Friendly. Spotlessly clean. Lovely décor. Amazing breakfast, something for everyone. We just could not fault this place. Its just off the seafront and the main shopping area of Brighton. On street parking is luck of the...
