This is a boutique hotel with a real heart. From the moment we entered we were made to feel welcome; our bags were put in our room while we went to park our car and then on our return we had the pleasure of seeing our room (room5) - wow! Beautifully furnished, lovely sea view, what more can I say!...

For all lovers of classic modern design, this is the B & B for you. Bright white walls, iconic modern furniture, very comfortable bed with awesome Egyptian cotton sheets. Absolutely no fussy wallpaper or cushion extravaganza. Oh and a great breakfast too, best scrambled eggs we've had in ages. Convenient location in Kemptown not far from the sea front.

I stayed for just one quick night as family and friends had left Brighton and my flight was not until the next day. I booked on line and got a great rate for a very pleasant room with a double bed. The room was white though nicely accented with soft furnishings, a comfortable bed, a good shower with plenty of...

We stayed here for the bank holiday weekend and were very pleasantly surprised at the standard of the accommodation. Although the room was small it was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was absolutely first class and nothing was too much trouble for the lovely friendly staff. The only slight downside was that as it was a very hot...

This B&B is amazing! I had such a great experience - The owners went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible and were incredibly friendly and full of local tourist knowledge. The property itself is beautifully furnished and close to local amenities and the South Downs Way for walkers. A fantastic retreat.

Positive points Very Clean Good Breakfast Close To The Seafront Negative points Rooms Very Small "Sea View" is laughable..you can see the sea but the view is very limited. You Have To Pay For On Street Parking..you have to drive around looking for a space to park which can be quite a distance from the White House. Unwilling To Provide...

Within easy walk of amenities. Sea 5 minutes away at end of the road. Room 2 at front of hotel small double. Spotless and had every thing needed. Oral Kiely shower gel etc. Tea and coffee plus kit kats. There was a note in the room information saying you could ask for fresh milk, glasses, ice or anything to make...

I booked a last minute stay following our August wedding and we also had our 4 year old child with us. The type of accommodation I look for nowadays is definitely luxury & location rather than cost. Saying that, the price of the room we booked (room 1) was very reasonable for the high season. After Googling 'boutique B&Bs in...
