I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone!!! The shower was mouldy, my partner found an old pair of undies under the bed, they advertised parking available, you get a 24 hr parking permit for 9 GBP and then have to drive around looking for a parking spot. I found one 3 blocks away 30 mins later. The breakfast was...

Hi Cliff I am the new owner and I was very disheartened to read of your recent bad experience here. Let me reassure you and other future guests that I will be carrying out major works to the property, including revamping the rooms and implementing a range of new facilities to give a first class experience of staying here. Spent two nights at the four seasons guest house, very welcoming, clean and comfortable, definitely go back, it's a great location in between the centre and the marina, would highly recommend, parking was easy with the permit, just remember to let them know you need one

I booked a single room, and although small as you'd expect, it had everything I needed. Very clean, nice towels and sheets. TV, toiletries and tea making facilities. Nice buffet breakfast and eggs to order.

This guesthouse is in Kemptown, the old Brighton village we all love and it is 15 minutes walk to the train station and 5 minutes walk to the very heart of Brighton's life. My room was on the top floor, very clean and comfortable. There is a very generous tea-making tray with all sorts of tea and herb-teas, and biscuits...

We picked this because of it's location and it turned out to be a gem! They have only a few rooms which gives this place a very cosy feeling. The rooms are small but in a snug way - there's enough space for the luggage. The bed was very comfy and the shower had plenty of hot water. For the...
