One of the nicest little hotels in Brighton. Family B&B with really friendly mother and son team who run the hotel. Rooms are quiet and clean and good sized. Lovely view over the seafront. All in all is a very special place.

Hamptons is one we will remember not necessarily for all the right reasons but overall adequate The "hotel" is pretty tired and is a bit grubby in places especially carpets and bathrooms. The room itself was large with a sea view as promised if not plain and minimalist. The shower had a interesting water feature coming through the ceiling which...

We had a room on the first floor, we could see the sea from the window, as you enter the B and B big canvas bags of linen are there to greet you, the stairs felt unsafe and the lock on the door didn't feel secure, the shower was extremely small. Parking is on the street at a cost of...

When I heard we were going to have the hottest days in Brighton for over 100 years I leapt on triavago and had a look for a bargain place to stay for the night. Being on a budget I was surprised to find a B+B with above average reviews at half price. A double sea room view including 2 people...

I had a lovely weekend visit to Brighton and stayed at The Hamptons BnB. I stayed in room 8 so had sea views and own bathroom. The problem is it had no air con so you have to have the windows open which gives you a lovely sea breeze but unfortunately you have to put up with the noise of...

Stayed for one night with girlfriend and there's a few things that could've been better. First off, "free WiFi" was obviously included except being on the top floor, many steps up, we were unable to connect to the internet. Second of all, in the morning at 10am (an hour before our clock out time) a lady, supposedly the cleaner, opened...

Stayed here for a night while on a break away from London. Brilliant location and great value for money for those on a budget. Breakfast was lovely too. Only fault is that we was put on the top floor and the cleaning lady tried to come into our room an hour before check out time, without knocking. Otherwise good place...

We came to Brighton me and my girlfriend, just to relax from London for three days. We found Hamptons Brighton Hotel on internet, as it was our first little trip here. From outside, we were a bit unsure about the hotel, but when we step inside we were REALLY HAPPY! The owner/reception/breakfast waitress is so friendly and give always good...

Stayed at Hamptons whilst visiting family. The location is great. The bedrooms are good sized with decent furniture and comfortable beds. What I could not believe was the dirt around the windows and frames on the inside. There was so much dust and black mould, I had to wipe them all down before I could open them. Also the room...

After staying somewhere else in Brighton which was not up to scratch I came in for one final night. It renewed my faith in accommodation in Brighton. It was clean with a comfy bed every think you want from a B&B. And friendly Amit on reception was there to help me with anything I needed including carrying my case upstairs...
