My wife, Daughter and I stayed here for just one night and it was a great experience. The Room was really well presented and the idea of giving a theme to each room is excellent and really makes the hotel stand out from the rest. The breakfast was great also. The Bar specialises in cocktails and yes The one that...

Slightly on the pricey side, but its worth it for a weekend treat - small boutique hotel, quirky in the best sense. The staff care, are friendly and know their stuff, hands on management, a barman that can make decent cocktails, interesting and good looking rooms, comfortable beds. Good music and film facilities - Two great basement rooms with tunnels...

We stayed here based on Tripadvisor reviews and felt it only fair to contribute also. It is true what everyone has said, the staff at this hotel are conscious to provide the best level of customer care they can. It is excellent and should be considered a benchmark to other hotel owners across the UK. The hotel itself is well...

I have stayed at this hotel twice, once in winter and in the summer for my anniversary. Each room is very unique, full of character and above all comfortable. The staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. Front of house staff Koko & Jo are the perfect hosts. The breakfast was lovely and the evening cocktails were...

We were on a much needed 3-day short break in Brighton. Being a young family with a 2-year old son, we searched for a hotel which was totally central, yet quiet enough for a toddler to sleep and which provided a lush bar for us to sit in from 8pm once our son was sleeping (with babyphone on the table)....

I booked this hotel because it was No 1 for Brighton on TA. We received a very warm welcome on arrival and were immediately shown to our rooms which I had specifically chosen from their website. We had chosen Lossie for my husband and I and Maja for my teenage son. The rooms were exactly as shown on the website...

We’re local to Brighton but stayed here for 3 days over our wedding after reading the tripadvisor reviews and I’m so glad that we did! We visited 3 times before booking and the laid back staff were more than happy to show us round all the rooms and answer all our questions and were obviously prod of where they worked....

we're used to staying in luxury 5 stars and booked Una on reviews on internet. Undoubtedly the hotel has the best service I have ever seen in any of the hotels in England, and I mean it. But the hotel, a boutique place, is a bit small with average room size and very narrow corridors. And the rooms have no...

We stayed at Hotel Una for one night in June 2011. The room was fantastic - big, comfortbale and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is really good too. The owner/manager there was very welcoming, friendly and was more than happy to help with early check ins, leaving bags etc. I got the impression that customer service is the top priority of...
