Very welcoming hosts including two French bulldogs which pounced on us, beautiful room, top floor with sea view, great English breakfasts with yummy herby sausages sourced locally, perfect wifi and location for coast, Kemptown and The Lanes area.

Stayed here recently on a golfing trip with 3 mates. Good location (although street parking only, so spaces a bit scarce) very clean with good facilities. Excellant breakfast and really nice service. Would highly reccommend

It is very hard to park outside it. We had to park a few streets away. They can give you a parking permit but you don't always get outside.
