Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Really lovely stay. Comfortable bed. Room was immaculate (and I’m quite fussy). Loved the original decor. You can tell this building is a labour of love. Communication from the owners was second to none. I felt really welcomed and that I was in a warm friendly environment. Location is also excellent. Lots of lovely cafes and bakeries near by

Fabulous and quirky guest house in a peaceful road but lots of cafes, bars and restaurants a few mins walk away. Also within close proximity to the sea front and about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Brighton. Our room was incredibly spacious and clean with funky decor. Tony was a fantastic host and his communication was second to none. Thanks so much for a great stay, we will definitely be back.

We liked everything! The quirky retroness of the room was perfect, & it was really clean. Nice & warm with the heating, & Tony was an amazing host, so welcoming & helpful. We'd also thoroughly recommend Brighton Curry, literally a 3 minute walk away.

The area, house and rooms had such a cool vibe about it, retro, boho and funky. A phone call in the morning to ask about a check in time, and if we needed parking, which we did, also we were offered a free upgrade to a suite, which was great, although I really was wanting to see the other room 6, because the pictures reminded me of my early childhood home. Also we only stayed one evening, but really enjoyed the bars in the area, it was so close to the front too. So we will have to stay another time .

Fabulous retro vibe. Great location and very friendly staff. Great for local information and directions. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The room was regularly made up, which was delightful to come back to after a day out and about.

Loved this place. Quirky. Great location Loved that I was kept updated prior to my visit eg about parking and breakfast. And also on the day of my travel was given a call about parking and entrance to the property. Would definitely go back again.

Fab unique b&b. From booking to arrival, all very easy. Tony made everything clear and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed for 3 nights in room 5 which is wonderfully retro and has everything you need. Tony also checked every morning if we needed anything replenishing in the room. Will definitely stay again when back In Brighton

We stayed at Snooze for 2 nights midweek. We have visited Brighton a few times but this was our first time with Snooze. From booking to Arrival communication was great and helpful. Lots of help in regards to parking which we found easy even in a larger vehicle. We stayed in Room 1 and we were both immediately wowed by the decor. The private bathroom is perfect, and the shower is very good loved the toiletries as well smelled lush. Kettle came in handy and the biscuits put out each day were a lovely touch. We didn't use the breakfast delivery from egg and spoon but the menu looked delish perhaps next time. The location is perfect, near by everything you need. Overall, Snooze has been the best place to stay in Brighton and we most definitely will be staying again and can not wait to do so.

Stayed here for my partners birthday, we were staying in room 1. Firstly before even staying the staff were clear and answered any question so quickly which I really appreciated! When we arrived again the host was wonderful, he sorted us parking permits which made things much easier. Our room was beautiful, so quirky and has a really fun feel about it. Decorated lovely and some homely touches and a kettle which was lovely for the morning. Overall I really couldn’t have asked for more from a location or a host. Complete 5 star stay, my only tiny gripe would be the door to the room. It was quite thin and as we had the room by the main door it meant every time someone came in or left, got deliveries we did hear them meaning being woken up through the night. It really wasn’t a problem and I’d still always recommend and would stay again if I visit in Brighton but a thicker door would be my only desire and if that’s the only thing then that’s blooming good going!!! Thank you💫

This is the coolest place to stay in the most amazing location, just a short walk into Brighton centre and a few minutes away from the seafront. So many independent bakeries and cafes and shops just a few minutes walk away. We stayed in Room 4 and we loved it, super comfy bed with everything we could possibly want to make our stay perfect and we cannot wait to go back again. Paul and Tony this an absolute gem.
