I have to say that I found this quirky eclectic hotel watching Susan Callman. It is just delightful. If, like me, you get fed up with the IHGs, the Hilton’s, the Holiday Inns of this galaxy where you are anonymous and unimportant, SNOOZE is just the reverse. Personal, comfortable, close to the centre of Brighton stuff, clean and just glorious. Paul and Tony have taken a runs down B&B and transformed it into a delightful place to stay. It’s a must stay in Brighton.
What a beautiful little guesthouse. From the minute we booked, communication from the owners was excellent. We arrived, found parking in the next street along (used a parking permit, purchased from the guesthouse for £10) and seemlessly gained entry into our room. The room was spotlessly clean, and had a number of lovely little touches. It is very clear that the owners take great pride in their business, and have considered every little detail. The location is great too. It's on a quiet little street, just off of a bigger street, which has a number of bars and shops. The pier is only a few mins walk away too. This guesthouse will be our first choice when returning to Brighton in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Picked this B and B as it was a bit quirky and not too far from the front and the centre of Brighton Not disappointed. Lovely room, very clean. inside and outside looks like it gets painted every year, relaxed atmosphere no parking with the room but parking on the street @£10 for 24 hours. Tickets available from Snooze. You could leave the car further away and reduce the parking cost. Room 6 faced the street. Didn't hear any road noise, even with the window open. Paul the owner left you to it, even had a phone call the morning of arrival to give me instructions for key collection and car parking pass for arrival. Nice touch as takes care of that worry we decided to breakfast out every day as there are so many place to go to.
We stayed here last night and o had to write a review as it exceeded our expectations. We usually stay in hotels when in brighton, but decided to stay at snooze due to the brilliant review,we arrived around 2pm,you can book in from 1pm,we had sent a message.paul greeted us,he was very friendly and went through everything with us.we stayed in the suite at the top no 72,wow is all I can say, what a beautiful room.it had to be the cleanest room we have ever stayed in and beautifully presented.everything you need is there including an iron and board ,hairdryer and even a fan.all the rooms are themed our was 70s seduction, with blacks and reds .the bed was so comfy, I didn't want to get up.they also supply selection of teas, coffees, hot chocolate, biscuits and 2 btls of water, also some live hearts, which were a nice touch.tje bathroom was spotless too and lovely fresh towels available. The breakfast is supplied by a local cafe, but we didn't have it,it did look good value though.i would highly recommend snooze and its in kemptown, a very quiet street,we didn't hear any noise,we will definitely be back thanks to Paul and another chap who I didn't get his name, what a lovely place.wwll worthy of 5 stars.…
I stayed overnight with my 16 year old daughter in twin room 5. It was immaculately clean, lovely bed linen and towels, based a short walk out of town in kemptown are but lovely bars and restaurants in short distance. Fab service and communication really friendly and lovely to stay at somewhere so unique with its retro 70s feel
