The proprietors Tristan & Fay are here to welcome you and to help you enjoy your stay with us. Your accommodation is situated on the ground, first & second floors, most rooms are en-suite with two others situated in very close proximity to the toilets and showers. All new arrivals will find their beds made with fresh linen and their room stocked with a supply of towels, soap, tea, coffee, fruit juice, biscuits, chocolate, sugar & milk. When you have booked in you will be given keys to your room and the front doors, this will allow to come and go whenever you wish. We are currently members of the Hastings & St Leonards Tourism Association. *Please note check in times before booking. 10:30 - 20:00hrs.

This is a lovely place in a convenient position. Tristan was enormously helpful and I enjoyed my overnight stay. There's a cafe for breakfast which is quite close and the coffee shop in the station opens early. Tristan told me how to get to an area with plenty of restaurants. The decor is a little quirky but I liked that!

It was a nice stay. Apollo house is located very close to the town centre, restaurants and pubs. Car park close by and secure. Free. The owner of the house are very friendly and helpful. Room we were hired it was big enough for us. Clean amd quite. Shower and toilet very clean.

Just an overnights stay for work. Very clean and good size room. Friendly staff that showed me to my room . Great value for what you get. Free parking from 4pm to 11am the next day in the car park behind the property. Will be staying again. Thank you Apollo

Stayed with my mum for a week at the hostel while we were on vacation in Hastings. Very friendly and welcoming staff, they were able to answer all the questions we had. Room is clean and comfortable, all amenities provided even though I did notice our room was on a bit of a slope! But didn't really cause any issues. There is shared toilet and bathroom on each floor - we didn't have any queues or issues, but I do think it might be risky especially after the Covid pandemic. If there can be any alterations or refurbishments made in future, I think management should build separate male and female bathroom blocks in the hostel - I've seen this done elsewhere in other hostels. In short, if you're staying for a short time in Hastings I'd recommend !

Hi Thank you for your review. Glad you had a nice stay. We only have one floor with shared shower & toilet, the rest of the rooms in the house are en suite. We have rooms with shared toilet & shower for people who want to make their stay a little cheaper. Perhaps if you decide to stay with us again you could choose an en suite room.

Another great stay here our room had everything we needed the bed was comfortable the shower was very good the owners are always round if you ever need anything nothing is ever a problem, how room is always nice and quiet to Thank you for another great stay xx

Great place to stay, close to the train station & town centre. Check in was from 10:30am which was good as my train got into Hastings in the morning. Very friendly owners that made my stay very pleasant. Would recommend a stay at this lovely guest house.

Beware of the checkin times. Latest time is 8pm and there is no movement on this. We called a day early saying we were going to arrive around 10pm due to work commitments but the receptionist didn't seem to care. Was told check in is 8pm and there is no refund if we cancel. I had to send my cousin who lived locally to check us in which was really not helpful at all. I would have cancelled my booking if not for the lack of refund. The room itself was nice and would be receiving a higher rating if not for the rude and unhelpful check in experience. Parking voucher was a bonus.

I needed to find a hotel in or near to Hastings for a family get together I stumbled quite quite by chance The Apollo guest house in Hastings. It ticked all the boxes so I booked it. When I arrived at the alloted time slot, I was met by a lovely gentleman who showed me to my room I had booked a single. It was immaculately clean with a well stocked t tray, lovely soft towels folded on the bed with a nice touch of a chocolate mint on top.. the bed was exceptionally comphy. Had to share the bathroom which wasnt'the ideal but tt too was immediately clean
