We spent two nights here over the New Years period and even though the weather was horrendously cold and blustery we received a very warm welcome and after that we were cozily tucked away in a very pretty room under the rafters to hear the wind howl and rain lash the roof. It was very cozy indeed! Beautifully decorated and...

The Old Rectory is a beautiful hotel (B&B) run by lovely people. The location is perfect for exploring the historical Hastings Old Town. No need to drive. The range of things to do will keep you busy for weeks, let alone a weekend.

Tracey-Anne and the amazing team at The Old Rectory went above and beyond all possible expectations to accommodate my husband on the eve of our wedding. The two bedroomed All Saints Suite was jaw-droppingly beautiful and very generously proportioned. It included a large bathroom with roll topped bath, a separate wet room and WC. The thoughtful congratulations card and bubbly...

We first stayed at The Old Rectory when we held our wedding at this beautiful venue in July 2015. We loved it so much, we simply had to come back for another stay last weekend. Myself, mum and sister shared the truly lovely All Saints Suite as a special surprise for my mum; once again all the staff were helpful,...

We booked a romantic birthday weekend away and it was fabulous. Everything from the warm welcome of a pot of tea and home made cake as we were early and our room wasn't quite ready, but we were happy to sit in the cosy lounge with a roaring fire. Extremely clean and comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. Can't wait to...

Totally fabulous place to stay. In fact I may just want to move in permanently! We had a brilliant greeting on arrival by Helen, who plied us with chocolate and lemon cake (sounds peculiar, tasted amazing),recommended excellent pubs and cafes. The sumptuous All Saints Suite in which we stayed was properly lush and cavernous, with oodles of thoughtful details (I...

Apart from a very annoying small kettle that doesn't detach from its base and so has to be unplugged I can't fault the Old Rectory. Excellent breakfast, extraordinarily soft sheets and delightful staff. Well done!!

Tracey Anne,Helen & all of the staff go to such lengths to make the Old a Rectory feel like a home away from home.Nothing is too much trouble & it is this art tension to detail that sets them apart from other accommodation providers .I would not consider staying anywhere else in the area & always look forward to going...
