Spent the weekend at the Lansdown, is a Victorian seafront hotel. No bar, or restaurant but does a lovely breakfast. Helpful staff, clean warm and accommodating. has the smallest/slowest lift I have ever seen in my life, one large person and a suitcase and that's it. Room was ultra clean, warm and just right for a comfortable short stay. Value...

Had a nice break , 2 night stay with a sea view room, which was very clean. Located on Hastings seafront, close the pier and town centre. Short walk along seafront to the Old Town. The owner was lovely, very pleasant and helpful. Nice breakfast room. Underground car park in front of Hotel. Will be staying again.

Stayed in room 7 on 2nd floor lovely big high ceiling room nice and clean and warm in winter. I had initially made a mistake in my booking by not requesting the right amount of beds but the manager sorted out a free extra bed next to our double bed for my 4 year old son which was very kind....

It was our first visit to Hastings and we chose this hotel due to the reviews on trip advisor. We had a very warm welcome from the lady on reception and she explained everything we needed to know for our stay and made clear that the hotel was going through a period of refurbishment. She assured us all the rooms...

Functional for one night, room was clean and compact, bed was not great but balcony and view of the sea was really nice. Breakfast was basic and underwhelming, staff were present and attentive. Location was good, parking opposite was helpful.

The Lansdowne is an old building that is in close proximity to the Marine Parade attractions, everything from the Castle to the Pubs and Restaurants are just a stones throw away. The hotel itself is clean, except for the fungus growing in the shower cubical, but is is well serviced, friendly and functional. We enjoyed staying there. Parking is dodgy,...
