This was our second time to No 46 this place is nothing short of excellence. Rick and his team are top hosts, we stayed in room 1 the room, its beautiful with a real boutique hotel feel. Breakfast was excellent , we stated with croissant toast fruit cereals followed by smoked salmon and eggs and my wife had the vegetarian breakfast both cooked to perfection I would certainly recommend No 46 to anyone visiting Hasting, see you again soon

We had a very comfortable stay. Our room was so quiet, perfectly clean, and lots of thoughtful little touches made for a very relaxing stay. We needed to catch a train to Bexhill for an event at the DLWP and this location was perfect with just a few minutes walk to the station. The cooked breakfast was exceptional and plentiful. Often, a vegetarian breakfast is disappointing, but not here - totally delicious! Great coffee too! We found payable on-street parking directly outside. I'd recommend this lovely guest house and will book again.

An absolute jem of a place. Rick and his team were excellent hosts, the room was great with a very confortable bed and the cooked-to-order breakfast was just what you need for a busy day. I would certainly recommend No 46 to anyone visiting the area. It is a short walk from the train station and only a few minutes from the centre of town yet quiet and peaceful.

Very welcoming, warm and cosy atmosphere. Our bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up! Very well equipped, with extra heaters if required, but not needed. Good value for money. Hosts very friendly.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts, beautiful and comfortable place in excellent location for Hastings old town and Saint Leonards. Breakfast was amazing, Thank you, we will definitely stay here again when we come back in the area.

Our room was lovely and very well appointed. Plenty of easily accessible sockets, mirrors for doing hair and magnifying mirror for makeup. Tea/coffee making facilities, biscuits and chocolates too! The shower room was very good too, lovely towels, face cloths. Soap, shower gel, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner all provided! Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choices , veggie and meat! Very friendly hosts.

We enjoyed a really comfortable stay and delicious breakfasts at Number 46. Rick is a great host, giving advice on where to visit and good places to eat - his breakfasts were fantastic too. Our room was really comfortable, and despite being at the front of the house, very quiet. Everything was spotlessly clean. Number 46 is in a convenient location, about 10 minutes easy walk from the Old Town and 5 minutes from the station and the seafront. We were able to park overnight outside Number 46 on our arrival from 6pm to 9am, which made it convenient for unloading car. We then moved our car to a free roadside parking, about 10 minutes walk away outside the museum. Alternatively, there is a car park a couple of minutes walk away. Would highly recommend Number 46 for a comfortable stay in a beautiful house. Thank you Rick and your team for a great stay, we will be back.…

Return visitors to this lovely, comfortable establishment. Rick is a fantastic host and a great cook, breakfast is to die for. Nothing us too much trouble from this perfect central location B&B.
