One of the best B&B we have stayed at. What a lovely building which was spotless and had everything we needed. In a great location to see all of Hastings and Brendan the manager could not do enough for us he had everything covered from parking, booking an evening meal in the town and a really good breakfast. Great experience and if in the Hastings area again we will definitely stay at the Swan House.

One of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Gorgeous house and Brendan was such a lovely host. Hastings is a stunning town, breakfast was delicious and things like the fireplace, honesty bar and the beautiful room made it a perfect weekend. Cant wait for our next stay.

This is our second visit, and it was as excellent as the first time.We were warmly welcomed by the owner Brendon,the rooms are superb and the beds extremely comfortable.There is a free car park a few minutes away.They have a drinks fridge in the lounge with wine etc to buy and also you can chill your own drinks.Lovely outside courtyard garden with tables and chairs,and a so cosy lounge to relax after a busy day.Breakfast is superb with a wide choice of cooked food, juices,and yogurts etc,all served by the very friendly Beth. If you are coming to Hastings make sure you stay at Swan House .

Several members of my family booked in to the Swan House for a nostalgic trip to Hastings. The rooms were full of atmosphere, beautifully clean and with several nice touches which made our stay memorable. Brendon and his team, couldn't have made us more welcome, going out of their way, to ensure we had everything we wanted. Breakfast was served to us in the patio garden, which with the sun shining was very enjoyable. Food was cooked to perfection and customised to our requirements, so everyone in our party was very happy and they all commented on how good everything was. Even after we had gone home, Brenden kept in touch and even sent my mother a picture of the hotel as a memento, which was much appreciated. Overall a great experience and one we would like to repeat.
