We stayed here recently and highly recommend it. The rooms are clean, bright and with lovely furnishings. Our hosts Sam and Rita were lovely and hospitable and made our stay really enjoyable. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious with a lot of local produce, lovely fresh coffee and served with charm and grace. We look forward to returning to the Four...

The really lovely part of being a B&B proprietor are our guests who, without exception, are a pleasure to meet, to have conversations with and share their holidays, anniversaries and birthdays. We always say we are in the memory business and we just want our guests to have good memories of their stay with us and in beautiful East Sussex....

We stayed here for the night when attending a wedding in Rye. Lovely B and B with off road parking, 10 minutes or so walk from the town centre. Really welcoming hosts, spacious rooms, really well looked after. Great breakfast also. Highly recommend for couples who want a weekend away.

We stayed over a bank holiday w/end for two nights and would go again and again. The B&B is run by a very nice and interesting couple who really know how to both run a B&B and interact warmly with their guests. From the room to the breakfast, the quality was always high. The garden is beautiful with spectacular views....

Stayed at this exceptionally friendly B&B over Valentine's weekend, Feb 2016. Nothing was too much trouble for Sam and Rita, our very obliging, kind, friendly and experienced hosts (they've been running this place over 20 years). A lovely room with a gorgeous view over the garden plus the vista beyond. The room is choc full of anything you might need...

Four Season has been the very first B&B I stayed in my long traveller "career" in Britain and one of the few I'll never forget. I just felt like at home, enjoying the beautiful view of the marshes from the room, lenghty conersations with Rita and Sam, lovely breakfasts. A quintessentially british atmosphere and always a pleasure to come back.

Booked online from Australia however when we arrived late one Sunday evening during peak holiday season we were told our reservation had been cancelled due to a family crisis. The owner told us that she had emailed us to advise that our booking had been cancelled however we never received the email. It would have been nice if alternate accommodation...

I am sorry the guests did not enjoy their stay, you will see from our other reviews we please most people, it is unfortunate these guest were not among them. We do try hard to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay and so many return they obviously enjoy the experience. Sorry you did not, but if there were things...

Most people who have stayed here have already said it all, its near the centre of Rye, off road free parking, a very warm welcome, nothing too much trouble, extras in your room you would not have expected e.g. a t.v. magazine, books, biscuits and more. We stayed 3 nights in the twin room at the back with fantastic views...

We are so lucky, we have really lovely people staying with us, many of whom go on to become friends, they tell us about their families, their pets and their lives, and it is a privilege to share these memories.

We are very fortunate, we have lovely guests, many of whom become friends and return and return. This makes what we do a pleasure and also to know that we have made holidays enjoyable means doing B&B is more than a business, it's becoming part of people's memories.

We stayed in the Four Seasons as a very last minute trip to Rye from London, and after a blustery autumn walk we booked in for the night. Rita and her husband were absolute great hosts, and they have a really lovely homely, cosy and comfortable B&B. Breakfast was beautiful, and our hosts couldn't do enough for us, would defintely...
