We love staying here and have been several times. It is central, close to everything. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and looked after us well, from reception, cleaners, at breakfast and everyone who looked after us for late drinks at the bar.

Had a lovely stay for Husband's birthday. Plenty of choice for breakfast and staff very friendly. Having own car park at rear of hotel was a bonus. Very central for visiting all of Rye's attractions. Lovely clean room.

We had a very enjoyable stay . The hotel is in an excellent and central position. Our rooms were quiet. The bathrooms in the standard rooms are very small, but we knew this from reading previous reviews so were expecting this and it wasn't a problem for us. We loved Salts restaurant and the place deserves to be full every...

We had a lovely stay at this hotel with our well behaved dog. The hotel provided a dog basket and and water bowl which was a nice touch. The room was comfortable although in places a little dated. The restaurant at the hotel was absolutely fantastic and we would highly recommend it. The food was inventive, very tasty and beautifully...

We really enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was lovely. The staff were very helpful. The only down side to it was the room was very hot (Think there was hot water pipes inside the wall, which let off a lot of heat through the walls). The rad was off and it was a mild night so had to use...

Location is fantastic, staff polite and helpful, room was nice and the breakfast was very good. The only disappointment was the spa, there were no treatments and the pool and jacuzzi were too cold and as it was advertised as a spa hotel this was a disappointing.

I was away for a girls break with my best friend, we arrived and were greeted by a very friendly lady who checked us in and showed us to our room. Our room was spotless and had everything you needed. I can imagine some people might say the bathroom was small but we found it to be really cute. The...

Fantastic location and nice decorations but it is absolutely overpriced. The "SPA" is extremely small and needs (ASAP) a refurbishment. The car park (back entrance) is very small too and it is very difficult to find. It is quite impossible to get in touch with the hotel because they do not reply to email, voicemails and do not pick up...

Im sorry that you felt your stay was only worth one star and that you think our rates our overpriced. I can assure you that our rates are in line with other hotels in the town of a similar category. We do our best to answer all telephone calls and if we do not answer its because the receptionist is...

Friendly and helpful staff. Warm welcome. Excellent room. Great breakfast. Parking available. Good location. Perfect for a break away. Rye is a unique location with cobbled streets and old houses. The hotel is an excellent base for the area as well.
