Visited here last week and were pleasantly surprised to have been given an upgrade to a deluxe suite upon arrival. The staff were welcoming and very helpful and the hotel itself has a lovely vintage feel, with the pool (whilst small) being a real highlight. The breakfast was also fantastic and being situated in the heart of Rye, local shops...

Spent a long weekend here having booked via Groupon and we weren't disappointed. Firstly the location is perfect, slap bang in the middle of town and they also take well behaved dogs which was a bonus for us. The service is very efficient, the rooms well kept and the spa was a lovely touch to what was a very relaxing...

Lovely Hotel, very clean and warm. Good facilities include a small pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. Staff are fantastic, we saw Suzi and Michael who were both excellent and went that extra mile. Room was a Classic no 19 which was superb but slightly cramped on space. Although we felt the hotel was excellent we did feel that it is let...

I booked a night at the Rye Lodge Hotel using a Wowcher code, which was fantastic value. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, our room was - very generously - upgraded and it was clean, comfortable and well appointed. There is a car park at the rear (which is a great bonus in Rye, as there are never enough...

Breakfast in the room was sheer luxury and at no extra charge. Only slight niggle is you need Facebook account to access free wi if for various reasons...

Nice hotel, great location. Very thoughtful bits and pieces (Hairdryer can be plugged in and used in front of a mirror, plenty of storage space, somewhere for stuff in the bathroom etc). Great to have outside access for the dog and great that the dog is so welcome - shame he wasn't allowed in for breakfast. Staff all friendly and...

The room was perfectly fine and although the reception desk and check in was chaotic (they didn't have keys for our room then the next one wasn't ready etc) it was friendly enough Unfortunately though, despite advertising it on the site, the hotel door and the in room literature when we called for room service we were told they don't...

We stayed at this charming hotel over the Christmas period and everything was first class. The staff were helpful and made us very welcome and the breakfasts were well-cooked with a pleasing selection of fruit, cereals etc. We had a beautiful room with a great view of the marshes which truly lived up to its name of Champagne. As well...

Me and my husband went to Rye for the first time as I was singing carols at church. We chose this hotel because it was small and in an excellent location just on the high street. After a long drive we were happy to appreciate the onsite car parking, and warm service from the staff. Our room was large and had lots...
