Super friendly hosts. Best breakfasts ever. Beautiful rooms, some with four poster beds. Most iconic road to stay in, and a private car park a short walk away. Lovely bar area, and we had the added bonus of the Christmas tree and decorations being up. We booked another stay for a couple of months time, before we'd even left. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Rye!

Just returned from a two night stay at Jeakes House. What a little gem of a hotel. Lovely rooms beautiful decor. Spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast. The best Royale ever perfect poached eggs. Toast was plentiful and homemade marmalade was delicious. The owner walked amongst the guests at breakfast in the mornings which was a really lovely personal touch. It was so lovely to have a feeling of ‘normality’ in these difficult times.
