Excellent B&B in a great location - a short walk from Rye town centre. We had booked Friday and Saturday nights. The free car park is definitely useful. Parking in the town is a problem. This 18th century grade 2 listed building was originally used as a boathouse and later as a farm house. Lucien Pissarro (20 February 1863 – 10 July 1944), the impressionist landscape painter, printmaker, wood engraver and designer and printer of fine books regularly stayed from 1913. Unfortunately, lots of attractions were closed due to the Government's interventions, so we shall have to return to see more of this wonderful historic area. We spent the days walking around the town. We then drove to Winchelsea (we had stayed in the room called by that name), and that is an amazing place too. Breakfast was excellent - standard full English!…
Great place to stay as within very easy walking distance of Rye attractions, shops and restaurants. Plenty of good private onsite parking. Rooms spacious and all facilities excellent. Breakfast in the lovely bright conservatory very good and staff very friendly and helpful.
Excellent....accommodation spotless, strong wifi, great choices for breakfast, no request too much trouble. location 10 min walk from Mermaid Street but after dinner in the evening a welcome wander! Would highly reccommend family run Willow Tree House.
First class in every respect. A lovely house with a very pleasant and caring young couple as hosts. Their little dog should not be allowed to run at people coming down to breakfast but apart from that I’d give it 100%. Room and breakfast superb.
Lovely historical building and comfortable spotless room. Staff were charming and helpful and made the stay even better. Perfect location for access to Rye and South Coast. Breakfast was delicious. Convenient parking access a big plus.
