Nice location very friendly hosts car parking, however for us breakfast time was to short and bathroom needs an update. Very well placed in the center of the village close to pubs shops cafes etc, with good views of the river from our room.

Stayed two nights. Having an allocated parking space was a real bonus. Excellent breakfast and nice large airy room. Owners very pleasant and helpful. Good restaurants nearby meant getting an evening meal was no problem. Recommend The Manse. Good centre for exploring the area such as Northleach, Chipping Camden and Hidcote. Would definitely stay there again

This B&B is situated in the centre of Bourton near all the shops and amenities. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Some parts of the building are over 300 years old and as so lots of small corridors and stairways. We stayed in the attic room with double bed and en-suite which is in need of some refurbishment. Decor was...

Central location in the village - great for an exploring few days away and to take advantage of local pubs and restaurants. Helpful and kind owners. Large room- fairly comfy. Good internet. Comfy bed. Good tea tray. This property has lots of potential needs some updating and refreshing. Nonetheless, competitive pricing means it's a good deal. Breakfast basic but wholesome.

We stayed 2 nights. The property is quite difficult to find despite being centrally located -there is good allocated parking. The entrance is un-prepossessing and you immediately have to go up a narrow flight of stairs to reception. My husband noticed a strange smell as we got to the top of the stairs - this may be due to the...

Visited Chestnuts B&B with my partner last weekend. A gorgeous building set right in the heart of the village and our room was overlooking the river which runs down the middle of the high street. Accommodation was excellent and our hosts could not have been more accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The B&B had a great charm to it...

Firstly i can't understand the negative comments (maybe they have spent too much time in Travel Lodge or Priemier Inn) as this is not what this place is about. It is an old style B & B run by Jan and Bob who could not me more accommodating host if they tried. From the warm friendly welcome, offering to help...

If you want to impress your loved one with a classy romantic weekend away this I'm afraid is not the place. It's very old, run down and does not have an entrance. The entrance is by the means of a shared door at the back of other premises and is almost impossible to find if you haven't been there before....

Great central location - glad I had already read that the entrance was round the back of the shops. Having a parking space was also a great advantage as you could relax timewise whilst looking around the village. Hosts were very amiable and breakfast was excellent. The room itself was disappointing, not very inspiring, a bit drab and there was...
