I almost don't want to write a sparkling review for the Abbey because l may not be able to rebook due to other people booking the dates l want. To be honest, l felt mean about not giving a review for selfish reasons. OK, excellent in every respect, Greg, Sophie, and their lovely lady assistant are as good as it gets. I have stayed there several times and it has always been great value and great service. The only downside l have ever experienced is the parking situation, it's a bit pot luck to get near to the hotel. It's Zonal parking and although you can usually get in, it may be a good walk away with luggage. I'm looking to rebook again (7th or 8th time) for later this year. Les.P.

The Abbey is probably my favourite hotel to stay at in Cheltenham. I have stayed here many times over the past 3-4 years and Sophie and Greg are exceptionally attentive and caring hosts. As a frequent traveller across the UK and Europe these are difficult times with Covid-19 In the challenging times their attention to detail and care is second to no one I have stayed with. I felt totally safe and cared for whilst staying and Sophie's breakfast continued to have the impeccable high standards I know she is renown for. I have special food requirements and Sophie is always able to accommodate me even in these difficult times. PLEASE SUPPORT THEM. They deserve to survive

Just had a two night stay in this centrally based bnb. Clean with lots of Covid precautions. Bed comfortable, room clean and shower nice and powerful, even though it did make quite a few stuttering noises. Breakfasts was good. Friendly ladies that served us in the morning. Can’t say more than this other than is was fine for what we wanted it for.
