We booked a one night stay to explore Cirencester, which we had not visited previously. The Ivy House is perfectly situated for walking into the centre of the town. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent - we did not need to eat again for ages! Recommended!

An excellent place to stay. Paul and Sue are friendly and caring hosts. The accommodation is very pleasant and comfortable and very well located; it is only 5 mins walk from the centre of Cirencester The breakfasts are delicious. We thoroughly recommend staying there.

A delightful stay with Paul and Sue, both up for a chat. Perfect location with parking at the door and a quick walk into the main area of Cirencester. Crisp sheets, clean towels each day, and the best shower (well the screen in particular) we've ever had. Why? It's the only shower screen that completely retains the splash inside the actual shower, no wet bathroom floor at all! Plenty of room for luggage, despite being in an older building reminiscent of the era. Rather tight staircase but once again - typical of these properties. If I could change anything I'd replace the mattress and the carpet although clean was old.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Ivy House. Our room was small but tastefully decorated and and had good quality bedding, towels and toiletries. As we had eaten out the night before we just had the continental breakfast so I can’t comment on the cooked option. What we did have was excellent: good quality fruit, cereal and whole wheat toast and tea. The owners were accommodating and friendly. The Ivy House is only a few minutes walk from the center of Cirencester which was very convenient and meant both of us could have a glass of wine with dinner.

Beautiful B&B in a great location. Spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything you need in the room and a warm welcome from charming hosts who were more than happy to accommodate an elderly biker and his Royal Enfield ! Many many thanks.

The most charming property with the most amazing hosts. I have stayed in 5 star hotels that could learn a lot from the Ivy owners. On arrival, we were met by Paul, the owner. We greeted like old friends. Paul was not only engaging but genuinely interested in speaking with us (we weren’t just a number) The cleanliness of the property was beyond question. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. Quality produce and made with love Paul and his wife take pride in their business and it shows on every level. When we return to Cirencester we will only stay here and we have stayed at all the other hotels.

A lovely night's stay at The Ivy House. A last minute booking following a day at the Air Show in Fairford, only a 20 minute drive. We stayed in the triple room - lovely decor, super clean, paintwork spotless and crisp white linen. The room has black out blinds - we slept really well. Lovely en suite and great shower. It had been very warm outside, which made the room hot. But there was a fan provided which was great. Breakfast was amazing, locally sourced produce and generous servings. Fresh berries and cereal were a great touch, the home made granola a particular highlight. Paul & his wife were amazing hosts - thank you for making us so welcome.

Pete and Sue are stupendous hosts, so welcoming and helpful. Lovely room, super clean, great shower and bed. The fresh berries, yoghurt and home-made granola was more than enough breakfast, but had a fresh and clean cooked one too, just because... ate nothing else all day. And the coffee was very good. Perfection. Will use again.

My wife and I spent a lovely couple of nights at the Ivy House. The location is very good as only a 5 minute stroll to Market Place. Sue and Paul were very welcoming and offered suggestions on where we could eat as we arrived early in the evening. The room and bathroom were both very clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable as well. Breakfast was enjoyable and made to order. We would highly recommend The Ivy House.
