This was probably the cleanest and best maintained B&B we have ever stayed at. Breakfasts were excellent with a good range of lovely fruit and yoghurts. Cooked breakfasts were very good quality, local fare and cooked to perfection. The location was ideal for Cirencester, just a minute walk into town and with lovely walks on the country estate south of the church. Pubs were very good with covid conditions as were the local Indian restaurants. Sultan and Rasoi both served very good food and service was excellent. It was only a short drive to many of the local National Trust venues and the water park areas with bird hides wake boarding etc and good cafes less than 10 minutes drive. There is so much to see and this is such a good location as a B&B we will definitely go back. A big thank you to Paul and Sue who could not have been more helpful and hospitable. …
Our stay here was excellent. Paul and Sue were extremely welcoming and friendly and we really enjoyed our time. The place was very clean and we felt right at home. Strongly recommend for a stay in the Cotswolds

Before booking this property I read the 10.0 reviews on Hotels.com and thought that this is too good to be true. Well, the reviews are absolutely spot on. The owners, Paul and Sue, are a lovely, friendly couple for whom nothing is too much trouble. Their welcome, courtesy and attention to detail is second to none. They are fabulous hosts. We had Room 1, which was a lovely, light, airy room which was spotlessly clean (as was the rest of the property). The facilities in the room were perfect for our needs. The bathroom was spacious and has a great shower. The choice at breakfast was plentiful and of exceptionally high quality. The freshly cooked full English breakfast was delicious. The guest house is located just off a junction a 3 minute walk away from the main high street in the town. At the front of the property there is off-street parking for up to 4 cars. I'm quite well known in our family for being a discerning person and I have to say that I can't speak highly enough of The Ivy House. If we visit the Cotswolds again, we will definitely put The Ivy House at the top of our list of properties to stay in.…
