The staff were warm and welcoming, not to mention extremely helpful on sightseeing. The room was wonderful with the sitting room and the patio garden. We were welcomed with coffee, tea, biscuits, water and sherry. We loved every minute of it!

Stayed here for 5 nights. We stayed in a room in the courtyard which was on ground floor with walk in shower which was ideal for my mother whose mobility is not good. Centrally placed in the town and for visiting the Cotswolds. Hotel and Staff were excellant. Always friendly and professional. Meals were superb and good choice available on main menu and daily specials. Compliments to the chef and team. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and found it very comfortable. We had a room in the courtyard an were able to park outside our room which was very useful. The room was bright and airy and the bed was comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent the breakfast had a good selection of buffet items and the cooked breakfast was good too. The evening meals were just as good. This is an excellent place to stay for exploring the area. We visited a lot of gardens and villages within a short drive away. We can really recommend the hotel.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful to our large party of elderly walkers. Comfortable rooms, excellent parking, delicious food, lovely walk to the Arboretum and a much longer walk for the more energetic. A great group weekend.

The location of this hotel was perfect. Centrally located in the town but our room was in the back on the upper floors and very quiet. We had a walk out area that was simply delightful. We could open the door for fresh air and to listen to the birds and it provided a ton of light. The room was large and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. There is a Tesco one minute walk away. It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator but that doesn’t change the fact that I would stay here again any time. The bathroom was fine. Nothing special but it all worked fine. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the train station when it was time to leave.
