How would we get there from Cardiff if we don't have a car?
You could try National Express or train to Oxford, then bus to Burford, then bus towards Stow-on -the -Wold. The hotel is about 2 miles from Stow. May be cheaper to hire a car for the weekend in Cardiff and drive.
