So we arrived at the unicorn on a last minute booking and took up in a suite with two bedrooms for our famly of four. It surpassed all expectations with new modern decor, very comfortable beds and ample room for us to unwind. On fact a one night stay became three because we were so taken with the room and...

Stayed here for Christmas. Great looking apartment and fitted to high end spec. One huge down side (and annoyance) was staying on a lower floor to a young family above. You can hear every footstep and stomp they make and kids running up and down the apartment for hours on end is painful. Do request a room with no one...

We loved our stay here, simply a shame we only had one night booked. Rooms were clean, large and very modern. Breakfast left for us was good. The two bedrooms we had in our suite were in the roof so very low ceilings so lots of bumped heads and very hard to access the sinks. This was our only draw...

I was one of a group of 10 that stayed at this Hotel / Apartment complex. We were met on arrival by a member of staff / owner / house keeper who gave a comprehensive brief on the rooms and facilities. In fairness to an earlier review we did not know the The Unicorn was undergoing an extensive refurbishment programme...

Booked via app which showed photos that the Unicorn had a bar. When we arrived we found out that the Unicorn was undergoing 'a refit' which meant no bar. Room was OK, extremely dusty under the bed and wardrobe with matching ceiling cobwebs! Management very friendly and helpful. £350 for 2 nights would have been OK for full facilties, but...

Good Afternoon Sarah R , Thank you for taking the time to write a review , I am very disappointed to hear you felt our Housekeeping was not up to our usual exceptional standards. The Unicorn is in a great location in The Cotswolds and offers all that you would need for your stay now matter how long. While the building is currently undergoing renovations Daniel went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, even arranging for free breakfasts during our stay from one of the local business as an...

Beautiful accommodation in the heart of lovely Stow. The location was perfect for visiting Moreton in Marsh, Bourton on the water and Stratford Upon Avon. The suite (no.9) was spotless, very spacious and decorated to the highest spec. The hosts were fabulous and overall a great weekend.

Lovely apartsuite which had obviously been recently refurbished. We were met and shown to our very generous suite by the owners who had kindly been in communication prior to our arrival. The suite itself was huge and would have been perfect for a longer stay. Would definitely recommend this as an alternative to the traditional hotel stay.
