We stayed here on the 20th November for a friends wedding which was held in the barn. It's a stunning venue and we had a great day. The B&B rooms are very comfortable but my only criticism would be the breakfast. Essentially it's cereal and toast. There is no option to have anything hot which was really disappointing. That said,...

We are so pleased you enjoyed the wedding celebrations as The Great Tythe Barn and that you found the bed and breakfast rooms to be very comfortable. We are sorry you found the breakfast disappointing. We do provide yoghurt, fruit, croissants and muffins in addition to the normal cereal and toast. I am sorry but we do not offer a...

Lovely spot for my sons wedding. However on arrival remembering it was November it would have been nice if staff had ensured all radiators were working and indeed heating turned on. The cottages were nice and cosy, for our second night.

Thank you for your review. We are so pleased you had a lovely time at your son's wedding. We do leave the heating on at all times during the winter in all our accommodation and leave it to guests to adjust to their preference when they arrive. We are sorry, if on this occasion, it was perhaps left on a...

We got married here and it was the most beautiful venue, with a stunning fairy light canopy and features. The whole grounds are beautiful, with such a range of accommodation to fit all needs, we stayed in a B&B room whilst my husbands family stayed in the cottage with elderly family, who appreciated the homely feel. We had so many...

Went here for a friends daughters wedding. Amazing venue, loads of parking and outside space. Bar staff very good and the freshly cooked pizza in their oven for the evening were delicious. Nice to have a main room and a small room for folks to meet up in. The whole of the inside is wooden and was a bit concerned...

Hello Thank you for your review, we are always really pleased to hear from people who have had a lovely time at a wedding here. I am glad the pizza went down well, always a firm favorite. I just wanted to address the fire doors as they do not lock from the inside. They are all on a bar release...

We recently attended a wedding which was in The Great Tythe Barn. It was the most beautiful venue. We stayed in the main Manor House and there were cottages surrounding it also. It was all self catering. There was an amazingly well stocked kitchen in the main house with a Aga. There are large reception rooms and smaller snug rooms...

A great little place with good parking nd seemingly plenty of rooms if you wish to stay. I attended a wedding there and the food ( 3 choices per course ordered well in advance) was of a really good standard- it may be catered not sure but it was good nonetheless. very efficient service and changeover from wedding venue to...

I arranged for 8 lady golfers to stay at GTB for 2 nights. For what we paid we had great value. Staff were warm and charming. Breakfast had good choice even though just 'continental' style. It was a short walk into Tetbury to amble away a morning. The rooms were of high quality and although no baths were available this...

Dear Guest Thank you for your review. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay with us and the Wedding Breakfast. Would you be kind enough to e mail me with the room number you were staying in please - info@gtb.co.uk - so we can check the shower, please? I will bring your comments about breakfast to the Owner's attention....

The venue was amazing and a fantastic wedding venue. The cottages were lovely to stay in, very roomy and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. We could have stayed longer than just the wedding weekend.
