Great location, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast more than adequate.
BUT , this hotel is in dire need of a make over, its dated inside and out and could do with some TLC.

Stayed here for two nights.
Unfortunately did not have the best room in the house.
Outlook of the room was a very narrow inner courtyard that housed the metal fire escape and the kitchen extraction pipes. The latter whirred into action at 6 am.
