Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Enjoy the stay with the help of great staff Allan where he help and assist us on what we need and information around portsmouth. I give him a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Room was clean, tidy and well mentained... just wondering if toiletries will be good if they would have it (mini toothpaste, toothbrush) i give that a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Breakfast was needs improvement... compared to other travelodge we been around, it would be good if some other recipe or food will be available.. ( sunny side up, black pudding, waffles). Sorry i Give this a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Parking space was small but have a parking space across the street inside a Church compound and well light as well as safe for your car which i find some other travelodge would have the same so i give this. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Would be coming back soon and i hope management will check the reviews to make the place better and meet the customers satisfaction. Thank you 😊😊😊😊

FIRST ROOM STANK OF DIRTY DOGS. SO MOVED. MY NEXT ROOM. Which had broken toilet, dirty and mouldy shower curtain, banging from hotel repairs at 7.30am. Road also being repaired outside at 6.30AM Hair that’s not mine all over the bathroom floor. Receptionist was amazing. Saving grace for my stay.

We had a lovely visit to Portsmouth. This hotel is fantastic for distance to the nearby dockyard tour and also transport links to other places. Breakfast is a bit limited but tasted very good! We enjoyed 1 evening meal which was extremely tasty but there are lots of nearby facilities if required.

Good location for what we wanted and a quiet hotel inside and out. Staff seemed friendly. Tiny carpark but we did manage to get a space. Sadly the room wasn't terribly clean and the breakfast was poor. Disappointing

The environment is so quiet. I really enjoyed staying there, no noise. Its a good place for all the professionals, central and you can access every service that you need in the city center. Next time I pass through, this will be my first port of call
