What made my stay such a positive one was that I was welcomed by people who showed a genuine concern for my comfort and well being. The reception person, the bar/restaurant manager and notably the head chef were warm and welcoming people who gave me their best attention.

You just can't fault a Premier Inn. Such good value for money, exceptionally pleasant staff and always a great night's sleep! Southsea Premier Inn is a brilliant location - easy walk to Gunwharf Quays, and right on the coast. We even had sunshine in December! Fabulous concept!

Great location, enormous choice for breakfast and courteous staff. To guarantee a good night's sleep we would ask for a top floor room next time. Room above was rather noisy but we were moved to another for second night of our stay.

Handy for gunwharf quays, historic dock yard and the d day museum, all within walking distance. We stayed for 2 nights in a family room with a travel cot. Room was clean and the cot in good condition. Breakfast was of a good standard but we ate out both evenings. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, large room, very comfy bed, good nights sleep as nice and quiet. Problem with adequate flush of toilet and concern over security as people can pass by reception and into the bedroom area without the need for a swipe card or code

Great location for outlet shopping and lovely restaurants nearby Car park is only down side as quite small and quite tight to turn into in a 4x4 Also involves walking along street to it and not integral.

Arrived late, so as expected the hotel car park was full. Had to park in adjacent public car park which was fine but does cost. Usual friendly welcome but overall in line with a lot of other reviews this Premier Inn is a little tired and in need of a refit. Whilst clean, it's showing its age and doesn't have...
