The room is large, clean and comfortable and has all the facilities (and more) that I need. The staff are helpful and friendly. The wifi works well. It's conveniently located a short walk to the city centre. The cafe in the reception area was good, and I loved the cappuccino and the lemon cake. The onsite laundry facilities are a great idea. I'd happily stay again if ever I'm back in Southampton.

Great stay from start to finish. Very warm welcome from Ronald on arrival. Check in couldn’t have been easier. Room had everything we needed & more. Complimentary toiletries nice touch & in plentiful supply! Decent iron & ironing board too which some 5 star hotels in Southampton don’t provide. We had a minor issue with in room safe (missing batteries). A quick call soon resolved the issue with replacement batteries delivered in minutes. Public area very well designed & the smell of coffee as you walk through the door of the hotel was too good to pass up! Would recommend hotel & definitely consider staying again.

I have nothing but praise for this hotel. The staff is absolutely lovely. Helpful and so nice. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, the beds comfortable, the towels large, and the pillows fluffy. The kitchen was fantastic and we used it a lot to eat meals we got delivered from nearby restaurants. Lastly, the location is good. Easy walking distance not only to restaurants and shops, but also the historic parts of Southampton. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great stay, friendly people and great service. Trendy location, fun and interesting people congregating in the lobby in evenings - cafe culture. Need to book parking in advance or you may not be allowed to stay. Breakfast is better if you select yourself from large range rather than get a breakfast bag.

A great place to stay...great location, clean, safe and cheerful. Easy walk to shopping restaurants. Everyone on the stsff was exceptional..truly felt like they all wanted you to feel at home. Great place for cruisers. Would definitely stay here again.

We had only great experiences here. I forgot my electrical adapter and Chloe fixed me up. We needed recommendations and directions and Anastasia and Chloe were always helpful. The location is exactly what we wanted. Rooms are clean and fresh. In the Cafe, Anastasia treated us like family. Staff is terrific! You will not go wrong to stay here.
