We had an onsuite room and shared bathroom room within the annexe which has a nice lounge area where you can make a coffee/tea at any time. The rooms have twin beds which are fairly spacious and clean. Quiet location set within a well kept garden and the hosts are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit melon and... A group of us Saturday Primrose Cottage and their annex rooms. With a large sitting room and off road parking this made the weekend much more sociable. Breakfast was fresh and very high quality. Bedrooms were clean and beds comfortable. An excellent b&b.

Where do we start ... Certainly ... a very welcoming and homely greeting. The accommodation is a building sitting at the bottom of their garden offering three rooms, Sadly no choice between double beds and singles ... ALL singles! The accommodation has a residents sitting room and tea & coffer on offer 24/7. Our room was spotless as was the... More

The rooms were very clean, fresh and well presented. The owners were extremely friendly, helpful and really care about the quality of this lovely B & B and the well being and happiness of their guests. A Stunning B&B with excellent facilities and very comfortable accommodation. The setting is lovely as is the garden area. Janet and Alphonse were super hosts and made us very welcome in their beautiful abode. Extremely good breakfast using organic ingredients! In all, a thoroughly recommended B&B.

Stayed here with two friends recently, for the Ageas Bowl of August 1st 2015. It was an excellent and extremely comfortable stay. The accommodation was spotless and immaculate and the breakfast was top notch. It was like having your own little house to yourself, a gorgeous living room/kitchen, ensuite bathrooms, TVs in all three rooms and also the communal area.... More

We stayed 5 nights the garden rooms just behind the main house. My daughter and her friend in 1 room and my wife and I in the second room. The annex has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a lounge area with T.V couches, fridge and eating area. Beautiful gardens and plenty of parking. Rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable T.V... More

I spent a night here recently whilst on a fishing trip with friends. The accommodation was immaculate and well laid out, with plenty of privacy. Food was excellent and the owners were charming and informal.

Wish I had found this little gem before. My daughter lives close by, but not enough room to put us up overnight. This accommodation is fantastic, beautiful clean rooms, sitting room to enjoy, beautiful gardens and the most amazing breakfast served in the main house by the owners. All foods are locally sourced and Jan and her husband really cannot... More
