We always stay in the premier in west quay when we go on our cruises because its very close to the ports in Southampton, the premier inn meal deal is well worth taking because it includes a free drink and a full english breakfast which we love. wheelchair access is very good but only one disabled parking on site which...

I stayed here on the first night of my short break whilst seeing Billy Elliot at the Mayflower Theatre. Like most visits I make to Premier Inns, this hotel ticks most of the boxes for a good stay. The usual helpful staff, clean room and comfy bed. Guests with mobility issues may prefer a slightly nearer hotel to the theatre,...

The rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were happy and helpful. Sleep and bed was so comfortable, and even though we were in the middle of the city and there were building works opposite us across the road we heard nothing and were not disturbed by noise of any kind. Slept soundly, room temp was spot on. Extra pillows available...

Good location for hotel and friendly staff. Room is as expected for a premier inn so no complaints there. Main problem is the restaurant is poor. The food on the menu is a limited menu but to turn around on the two nights I was there and run off a list of things not available on the menu is very...

Usual room from premier inn. Comfy and fits it purpose, clean and tidy. Bit nosy in the morning not sure what caused it but woke me up (sounded like maybe furniture being dragged across the room above)? Also there was hammering in the afternoon when I went back for a nap lol so I didn't have a lot of luck!...
