This is a wonderful B and B set in a quiet location. Rooms are extremely comfortable and welcoming . The bed was of good quality as was the linen. Rooms were warm and properly heated. In addition guests could turn the heat up,or down. All rooms have TVs and tea and coffe facilities. Fresh milk is supplied regaularly as were...

Anyone planning a visit to Winchester and the Itchen Valley area should arrange to stay at this top quality B & B. The hosts, Mike and Stephanie Gretton, are welcoming and delightful company. Their attention to detail is exceptional and the breakfasts perfect. Bridge House is first class in every respect

From start to finish our stay was a complete pleasure. Everything thing had been thought of in the room. Stephanie and Mike were the best of hosts, nothing was too much trouble. So comfortable it was hard to wake in the morning.

From extremely warm welcome with tea and cake in the gorgeous garden, to the comfy beds, fabulous shower, delicious breakfast and total peace and quiet, Itchen Valley was everything we wanted in a Bed and Breakfast, but so much more as well! We had read the reviews on trip advisor and our expectations were high as we arrived, footsore and weary on the last leg of our walking holiday along the Three Castles Path. Michael greeted us warmly and we were ushered inside, to our beautifully appointed bedroom, with lovely toiletries and thoughtful extras, such as needle and thread and spare toothpaste....

A lovely warm welcome greeted us on our arrival at Bridge house. Stephanie's attention to detail is very impressive. Everything that we needed was thoughtfully provided. The bedroom was very tastefully decorated,warm and comfortable. Breakfast was beautifully prepared with lots of home-made goodies! We would highly recommend this home from home, and would very definitely stay there again.

A simply superb stay! Bridge House is a wonderful place to stay: a beautiful house, a comfortable bedroom, a delightful setting, warm and welcoming hosts.
