I was lucky enough to be taken to this stunning hotel for a night by my other half. We stayed in a junior suite overlooking the gardens, what a beautiful room! The room was pleasantly large, with a queen bed. The seating area was very comfortable with ample tea and coffee and a fruit bowl on arrival. The bathroom was...

Second visit to this wonderful hotel, last time we stayed in the main hotel however this time we had a suite in the Mews. The room was beautiful a real treat. Very comfortable with a great lighting. We didn't eat in the evening but went out, breakfast in the morning was perfect with quality ingredients, shame we couldn't stay longer!

This place was great, very clean and tidy. The food was absolutely fantastic and would definitely recommend an event/meal/party there. There is s little private liar park also on approach to the hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights to attend a wedding, therefore able to see the hotel operate through a busy pre-Christmas weekend. The service was exceptional from the very moment we opened the car doors outside, to the moment we left. Faultless. The food fab. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had. We would definitely return.

My sister and brother in law gave us a night away in this lovely hotel for our anniversary and we were not disappointed! It was chosen for us as my brother in law spends quite a lot of time at the hotel and in and around Hereford with his job. A very small hotel, but extremely friendly with very attentive...

For many years the Castle Hotel has been my First Choice to celebrate a Special Occasions. Birthdays, Anniversaries and all other Special Events. When I retired and sold my business I hosted all of my Special/Key staff to a fine Dining evening at The Castle House. Food has always been excellent, during my last two visits service has declined a...

We stayed two nights and used the Hereford as a base to explore the county. The castle is long gone but the cathedral is well worth travelling to Hereford to see. As well there are quite few towns and villages within a short drive of Hereford to visit. The hotel is an old style building with large rooms and period...

We stayed here for a night 'r&r' on a dinner package in the Charles Second suite. We were very impressed from the start. Beth on reception gave us a warm welcome and faultless check-in. The suite was beautiful - lovely furnishings with a generous lounge area (thank you for the decanter of sherry), fruit and a lovely hospitality tray. The bed...

Sometimes when you travel to a part of the country (or world) you don't know, you make poor choices for your accommodation. You won't go wrong with Castle House. The staff were lovely, the rooms were great (with loads of thoughtful additions you might not get in the best 5* places) and the restaurant was very good indeed. I felt...
