We have stayed at the Ebury twice in 2016 and have been impressed on both occasions. The hotel swimming pool was out of action during our second visit and is likely to be permanently closed. However, don't let that put you off from booking. The reception team are friendly and knowledgeable, the private patio and gardens to the rear are... More

We stayed here for two nights so that we could start our Christmas Shopping in Canterbury. The hotel is great the rooms are so large, a real treat compared to some rooms in the more popular chains. Everything is very clean and the beds comfy. Plenty of parking out the front which is another plus in a city centre. Breakfast... More

From the moment we walked through the door of this fabulous hotel, we got a warm welcome, from both the fire and the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for every one of the courteous, friendly, helpful and professional staff who run it. The location is excellent, being just a 15 minute walk into the centre of Canterbury, passing a... More

Short enjoyable stay. Close to city centre which was ideal. Breakfast very nice. Would stay here again. Only downside was room too warm and front bedrooms close to road will suffer from the traffic noise however, a pleasant hotel.

We spent a fine few days in this gorgeous city-despite cold, wet weather! Having our base in the Canterbury Suite at the Ebury made our visit so successful. This downstairs serviced apartment is spacious, newly decorated and thankfully warm. The staff members were all friendly and helpful, everything is clean and pleasant and being just a short walk downhill to... More

We had a lovely holiday at Ebury hotel but it was a bit shabby and needs some care. The rooms were tended promptly but not particularly well. It was warm and the food was quite good - there is a bar with some meals available. The breakfast was tasty and the coffee was decent.

We had such a good time at this hotel, nothing was too much trouble for them and we were made to feel very welcome. The amenities were perfectly adequate and the location was great a short walk in to Canterbury. Thank you Ebury

We booked the serviced appartements for our family of four. It was a pleasent surprise to see a cottage house waiting for our family very close to the center of Canterbury (8-10min walk). The surrounding area was wonderfull and it had a spacious parking place. It was an elegantly decorated 2-storey house with two bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped-even... More

The hotel is an old three story house beautifully renovated into hotel rooms, each with its own bathroom. The bed is comfortable and even though it is located on the New Dover Rd we never heard any traffic. There is plenty of room to park your car, although if you want to visit the city center it's easier to take... More

My wife booked us in a night here in cottage number 5. On arrival the staff that greeted us were very friendly and helpful and the building and grounds looked really nice. We were shown to our cottage and once I entered the front room I noticed it smelled a little musty - so I thought this might be because... More
