It has been a while but the hosts are proud and informative about their town. They serve up a very filling full English breakfast. The rooms were clean and cozy. I stayed at two separate visits. Nice sitting room open for guest use too

en-suite is not en-suite the shower and sink is in the bedroom, not even partitioned off! Rooms were not made up for 3 nights 4 days we were there. Outside door is locked at 11.30pm. Breakfast does not have cereals on offer asked on arrival what time we are eating between 7.30am and 8.30am. I was ill and did not...

Much better value than premier inn for a family room. Lovely welcome, room provides exactly what you need, may not be fashionably up to date but breakfast was second to none. Room had towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer. Best keeping window closed as occasional night traffic might disturb if window is open.

I don't think that it will hurt anybody's feelings to describe the accommodation as about average. However I was very impressed both with the quality of the breakfast and with the friendly and efficient service throughout my long-weekend stay. The room which I had, on the top floor at the rear, had a great sea view although I think some...

LONG story short but we found this eclectic place after a recommendation from a contact in Dover. Greeted by Carmel the co-host we were made to feel at home very quickly. This was a good thing as we were to be based there for two weeks. Carmel and her cricket loving husband Len took every opportunity to assist us in...

I ended up in this hotel because the hotel down the road claimed to not have my reservation. I stressed for an hour trying to contact hotels.com from a foreign country. Do er is not a big town and many hotels and b and bs were fully booked. Finally, the woman who didn't have my reservation called over to St....

We stopped at this guest house without a reservation. The owner was very helpful and sweet. She gave us suggestions regarding places to visit and other guest houses where we could stay the following day. We are a family of four and we felt very much at home there. Breakfast was great!

My family and I rented a family suite at St Martin. The room was very cute and bigger than what we expected, which was nice considering we had four people and a baby. The shower was in an odd location in the room with little privacy but it didn't really bother us. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and the...

I slept 1 night at St. Martins. The room was clean and neat. The bed linen crisp and clean. There is a toilet and a shower in the room, as well as TV. Even though the decor is a bit old and you only get one egg with your English breakfast (ask for two), for the price it is a...

Recently stayed for just two nights at this lovely little BnB, and was delighted with the experience. The proprietor is a charming woman, very attentive and accommodating. The breakfast is well worth the 5 pounds, there is plenty of warm food and your choice of tea or coffee. The room was very comfortable, the space was well used to include...
