I had the pleasure of staying at the Dover Marina Hotel & Spa, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The service was truly exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff that made me feel very welcome. The attention to detail in keeping the hotel clean and tidy was evident throughout my stay, and it greatly enhanced my overall comfort. The room was lovely, and such a great size and a beach view really was a beach view! The bathroom amenities were top-notch, and the shower was absolutely fabulous. All bathroom products were replenished each day and the housekeeping team were very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dover – you won't be disappointed!

We held my wife’s birthday party at the hotel in November 2023. We were a group of about 25-30 of all ages We were delighted with the room, the food and the obvious care and attention taken to make it special for us. We even had a minor injury when 2 young boys ran into each other and the staff were brilliant in attending to the injured boy and making him happy. Thank you all, it was lovely. We would highly recommend it.

Rooms are fantastic, the spa is lovely, great sauna and steam room and very good value for money if you want a massage! The bar staff are so friendly and accommodating! Rehan bar manager is hilarious! Very personable and such a pleasure to be around, Arun food & beverage is super professional, knows his way around the bar and pours the perfect pint Rob could moonlight as a comedian, great conversationist and personality, makes you feel at ease. These gentleman need a raise, has been an absolute pleasure having their company at the bar after a long day

Lovely hotel. Booked the presidential suite for our anniversary weekend. Room was fantastic and it had an ornate glazed veranda. Hotel obliged by setting up a table on the veranda in the evening which was very romantic. Service was good, food was great, and the view over the harbour was terrific.

I enjoyed a gluten free afternoon tea as part of a Spa and Tea gift. There was more than enough for a singleton, but they kindly provided a take home box. They are very gluten aware and assured me several times that everything was safe for me to eat. They also wanted to know if there was anything else I couldn’t eat and checked several times if I was happy. Being an early afternoon in November the restaurant wasn’t at all crowded and it was a peaceful afternoon. Also, I enjoyed a wonderful back massage in their spa prior to having tea. Will definitely be going back again - if only to enjoy their scones, which were some of the best I’ve eaten since being diagnosed Coeliac.
