Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Not been here since before covid but the place is certainly more welcoming than i can remember. Loved the friendly receptionist when we arrived at 10pm which is a real bonus for Premier Inn. As for the room, I had an excellent sleep despite an early ferry. Was told there were new beds so I can definitely say these are worth it.

Usual basic room, new mattress delivered while we were staying there. Nowhere to put cases except on the floor so we had to keep kneeling on the floor to get things out. No charging points for phones and tablets. Rooms could do with updating.

Lady at reception was lovely and friendly. Car park is rather small especially to maneuver a large car. The room its self was very clean. Only down side was the toilet seat was coming away so moved when you sat down on it. The beds were ok. Lady said the mattress were all brand new although I found the on the firm side which is not what I'm used to or like but that is personally preference. Was ok for a quick stop off when driving home from France.

Room very clean and tidy. Was welcomed by a very polite member of staff who had prepared my room very soon after making the booking online. Was very helpful regarding concerns I had with my vehicle and offered plenty of support. Very impressed.

For the second time in a row my room, the only one available apparently, smelt terrible. This time it was overpowering cleaning products because a family cooked in it using an air fryer the night before.
