We arrived at Dover after a hard drive from south wales as soon as we walked in to reception we were welcome by the checking clerk she was really friendly and went out of her way to help us the down side was the pillows but i was not aware that i could ask for more any way. over all...

Good quality service as expected from Premier Inns, clean room pleasant welcome. We were pleased with the service and quality of food at the Brewers Fayre restaurant next door. Good location for the ports. Would use hotel again.

My family and I stayed here for a local wedding. The rooms were excellent and comfortable and staff were very helpful and friendly. Only slight negative is the walk to the pub for breakfast (you be better sign posted and have a pedestrian path)

We stayed 2 nights. We had specifically asked for a room at the back of the building. No. 9 was very quiet and we slept well on both nights. The hotel is situated very close to the main road which leads down to the ferry terminal. In the reception area (with its windows open) the thunder of heavy traffic was...

The best thing about this Premier Inn, is the proximity to the ferry. It is not the best premier inn that I have ever stayed in, and if I were not catching the ferry, I would never stay there. I can't put my finger on it, but it was just not as nice as the average premier inns that I...

We have stayed here a few times and have not been disappointed. I actually booked the wrong hotel thought I had booked the hotel at the west of Dover as we were using the tunnel to go over to France. However, our stay was yet again very comfortable. It is close to the castle and the white cliffs so we...

This was a comfortable over-night stay for us catching the Dover ferry to Dunkirk, I will use this Dover hotel again, this trip was planned by my daughter, and this is our first time have a stay in Dover, what a differance it made to be fresh and have breakfast before our journey to Belguim.

We chose this Premier Inn on our return from Germany as it isn't far from the ferry terminal but is set more out of town with the possibility of taking a pleasant evening walk (once you get away from the main road which can be noisy). The entrance is through the garage and round the back so keep your eyes...

We stayed here before crossing from Folkestone via the tunnel, could not fault the staff or the hotel, except that we found the bed very uncomfortable, the second premier inn bed to do this. Restaurant next door verry poor more like a feeding station than a restaurant, chips, burgers and everything inbetween, not for us unfortunately, will not eat there again.
