Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The caravan we stayed in (OR46) was spotlessly clean. The bedding was fresh and well laundered, very comfy. All the staff were so polite, friendly and professional, and a pleasure to speak to. The park itself is also extremely clean everywhere. We have already booked to come back. Thank you for an excellent weekend break, I wish I could have stayed longer. (Booking ref 34004373)

We stayed last September and the grounds were unbelievable. We thought this was a 5 star resort. Weeds everywhere. the grounds were awful. Two many people at the pool but was ok. We took the children to the play area and it was full of thistles. However this has all changed. We visited again to take a look around with an idea to holiday and the quality of gardening it is incredible. its almost like a different park. Our advise is to take a look first.

Ref No 31649216 We stayed in the lodge Forester WB41 On arrival we found 3 blinds in lounge/main bedroom area were broken, and also the heating could have been put on as the lodge took hours to warm up. instead of leaving slippers a shower mat would have been more helpful. Overall a very comfortable lodge and bed in good surroundings, and peaceful area of the park.

We had such a lovely holiday the people there who were mostly owners were incredibly friendly as were the staff. Both my kids loved kids hour and James was spectacular he made all the children feel feel welcome. Would highly recommend this park. Ringo the flamingo was a highlight.

We stayed in the forester lodge WB41 last weekend 13th to 16th October. The lodge was very comfortable with all the facilities you needed. The only downside was there was a blind missing in the living area. Which we reported to security as there were no reception staff working over the weekend. The security guard on the gate checked us in. He was very helpful and friendly. We visited Le Club for a meal on Friday evening. The food was good value and the waitress was extremely nice and very helpful. The bar staff were also very helpful and good mannered. The Saturday evening entertainment was a nice bonus as well. So Thanks to everyone. We will visit again next year during the summer months when the facilities are open 7 days a week.

Wonderful accommodation and we had a nice peacefully break, shame the facilities were closed but that was re-elected in the price we paid. But the lack of facilities did not bother us, we wanted a break in nice accommodation and we got that. We would certainly book again and hopefully get the same van, as they called it. The Van was well fitted out with plenty of room within the van.

Went of the Foxhunter for a charity event hosted in the restaurant “le club” was a lovely night until I would assume from the attire kitchen staff Ryan started cursing in front of me and my family with young children in his presence. He had to be called out due to the quality of his cooking which is not what you would expect considering the price but apparently well done and medium rags are the exact same. Won’t be returning.

Zoe, the waitress at Fox Hunters, made our stay truly enjoyable! Her warm smile and attentive service created a welcoming atmosphere for our family. From the delicious food recommendations to prompt service, Zoe's dedication to her job was evident throughout our visit. She made dining at Fox Hunters a delightful experience, and we can't wait to return. Thank you, Zoe, for adding that special touch to our family getaway! Highly recommended.
