This really reasonably priced hotel is just lovely. From the moment I arrived until I left I just felt like I was at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a super heavy bag and there were lots of stairs - the guy behind the reception desk insisted on carrying my bag all the way up there...

This place exeeded our expectations on all levels. The staff were the making of this little gem with the effort they put into creating the genuine welcolming atmosphere that surround the whole experience of staying here. We stayed over Christmas in the Harbour suite Room 4 with our two dogs Lois and Jobbins. The dogs relaxed instantly as they do...

I booked a suite with a sea view balcony. It was a small room with a sofa. To access the very shoddy, minute balcony you had to crawl through a sash window and I'm not at all sure it was safe once you got outside. This was a grossly overpriced room. Very disappointing, I would not recommend. The staff were...

Stayed here for two nights. It is two town houses converted. It has a unique ambiance, decorated and furnished like someone's house. Superb empire restaurant in the cellar. Lovely lounge and TVs room with open fire places. The staff are friendly and helpful. However given the costs there are some minor irritations, creaking floorboards, thin carpets so noise from rooms...

Enjoyed a night's stay over New Year at this great find in Ramsgate overlooking the Harbour (and the New Year celebratory fireworks) Rooms are quite compact, yet comfortable. Bathrooms are also very small but adequate. Water was extremely hot such that in our room (31) we struggled to adjust the shower temperature which could be a problem for children, elderly...
