Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Outstanding hospitality, particularly from Dasha and Lucy who are true professionals. The configuration of bar, dining and lounge areas works really well. Great cocktails and food. Comfy bedrooms. Fair value for money. Thanks for a lovely weekend.

We had a lovely stay at the Albion House Hotel. A warm welcome at reception on arrival, an excellent meal in their restaurant and a lovely room with a sea view. We stay at several hotels a month and this will definitely make our return list. Thank you all at Albion.

We really enjoyed our one night in this hotel. Our room was modern, clean and very comfortable with an amazing sea view. After a walk along the marina in Ramsgate, we sat in the bar area. All very pleasant. The breakfast was lovely and the hosts were very nice. Thoroughly recommend!

This hotel was so very interesting, the attention to detail was incredible. Spotless everywhere. Beds, pillows, towels, toiletries. A pleasure to stay here. We had breakfast which was hot and fresh and tasty as was the evening meal. A great chef works here. All staff were helpful & friendly Would definitely return. Thank you

My husband and I spent one night in the Albion and had such a relaxing time. The staff were so helpful and our room, on the first floor with a sea view, was extremely comfortable and clean. We had dinner and breakfast and both meals were excellent, we would definitely recommend a visit!

What a lovely experience! I traveled to Ramsgate with my little dog, to visit a friend, and have some time by the sea. The staff at Albion House could not have been more accomadating. From my first interaction, we (me and Doug the dog) were made to feel more than a welcome guest. We were greeted as if we had been missed! I then was treated to a beautiful evening meal. As a chef myself, the food did not disappoint. Perfectly seared sea bass, braised fennel, and a side of stem brocoli with toasted hazelnuts, sublime. My room was just perfect, tastefully decorated sea view from my king size bed. The staff had provided a dog bed, and water bowl. As I booked directly through the hotel, my breakfast was included! I had eggs benedict one day and the full breakfast another. Both were great. I highly recommend Albion House, thank you all for such an enjoyable time.

We had a family birthday lunch with all ages from 12 to 84 ! Everyone had a lovely time. Unfortunately the birthday boy fell ill and had to go home but the staff were amazing and sorted out the food for the person who went home. The food was amazing we had a small private area so could gather and chat for drinks first. The place is decorated beautifully and have a lovely view of the sea. Can’t rate this enough go everyone and when the staff are attentive you can’t ask for more.
