I was staying in Tunbridge Wells visiting Family who live locally and had booked at this hotel as it had very good reviews on Trip advisor. Intially I was planning to stay at The Tonbridge Premier Inn as its nearer to my relatives but at £106 per night B&B compared to just £75 here ther's really no comparision. The hotel...

I travel to the area a lot and generally tend to stay wherever has the best deal at the time. I knew of this venue and had actually visited it as a pub a number of years ago, but have never stayed there before. The venue itself is really well placed in Tunbridge Wells...walking distance to the station which feeds...

We booked one night to see family in Kent. The room was authentic theme and was clean and fresh. We did need to ask about another Zed bed due to the one given to us was broken, but the staff fixed it straight away. We had booked the restaurant for the evening, and met family in the bar area which...

We were given a list of hotels to choose from when staying over for a wedding in Tunbridge Wells last weekend, and chose this one as it seemed to have the nicest rooms for the best value. We weren't disappointed! It only has 9 rooms, which gives it a nice intimate feel - each one with a Western inspired name...

From start to finish, we enjoyed this quirky hotel. When we arrived we decided to have lunch in the American restaurant- Emma served us and was especially helpful and friendly. Check in at 3pm was easy and everything had been set up as requested (extra bed in the room for our children) Rooms were themed and very clean plenty of...

We picked the Smith & Western to stay at ,as it was one of a few hotels that the wedding we were attending offered a shuttle bus service back to at the end of the night. Great place to stay ,modern room nice shower in bathroom .tv ,coffee and tea making. Nice cooked breakfast served until 12 on a Sunday,...

The hotel is part of a restaurant chain which is all based on the American wild west theme, both the restaurant and the rooms are very quirky. The rooms are quite spacious but the wardrobe is small. The music can be heard in the room from the restaurant but it is not that intrusive and does stops at ten. The...

We booked this hotel as I was in town for a sales meeting and was VERY surprised. The hotel was clean, tidy and the Western theme better than anticipated. The room was excellent, very clean and extremely comfortable. The resturant and food was very good for meat lovers, not really the ideal for vegitarians or fish lovers. Breakfast was excellent....

Good sized rooms so was disappointed at small double bed - plenty of room for a queen size which would have made the stay much better. Despite its size, the bed was comfortable, room clean and loads of free parking. They didn't seem very happy about us checking out before 07.30. This was midweek and so I'm sure this isn't...

We stayed one night at the Hotel (I mean Ranch) as we were attending a wedding at High Rocks. The Western theme (love it or hate it) has been done very well, with plenty of attention to detail - They have certainly gone the whole hog! The Hotel offers plenty of free on-site parking, which is a massive plus and...
