This was our second stay at this guest house this year and once again it was excellent. We stayed in the annex and our room was larger and more spacious than last time and the breakfast was amazing. Great location for Keswick town centre with plenty of free parking nearby even if there were no spaces at the guesthouse. We will definitely be visiting again in the new year!

We stayed here for 2 nights, very disappointing we were put in the annexe building at the rear of the property over the garage, very small room compared to where we have stayed in the past for the same money, Glad it was only 2 nights walls so thin you could hear everything next door(tv and children)when trying to go to sleep. Bed was awful like sleeping on the floor and flat pillows. The breakfast was a plus very nice. Also no mention when we asked about the parking of a charge at the end of our stay we got a bill for the car park,That was not mentioned at all on any of the itinerary we received. Very disappointed. Rooms with views ( view of a side road and car park.

Very warm welcome when we arrived. They clearly take Covid very seriously which should be expected nowadays. Room was very comfortable, on the small side compared to other bandbs we have stayed in but good value for the price. Breakfast provided in the room due to Covid, but good options still available and the quality was excellent. Ordered through an easy to use app and came exactly as ordered. Room wasn’t cleaned during our two night stay but completely understandable and option to have it cleaned if needed. Also had the option to order more coffee etc through the app which worked very well. All in all a very pleasant stay, comfortable and reasonably priced in an excellent location which was pretty much in the centre of Keswick. The breakfast was a very high quality and we would definitely stay here again.

Guesthouse was located perfectly, just a few minutes walk from both the lake and town. The host was very welcoming and the breakfast order system via the app was great. Room slightly on the small side however it’s good value for money considering the location.

Booked here fairly last minute and because it was one of the cheapest, so wasn't expecting anything remarkable. However, we were greatly surprised, as the place is immaculate and hosts extremely welcoming. We stayed in the annex building, where Christine advised that (due to Covid restrictions) breakfast would be delivered to our room, in a box. Again, we were a little dubious but it was one of the best breakfasts we've ever had! Excellent choice on the menu and you order via an app, which is easy to use. They also offer packed lunches, if you're out for the day. The room itself was very clean, modern, light and airy, with plenty of tea/coffee making facilities. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and would highly recommend a stay here.
