We have stayed twice at the babbling brook- each time in a different room- both of which were exactly what we needed. REALLY comfy beds, with ensuite facilities and clean. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, and VERY knowledgeable on the local area. Both visits he has given us excellent recommendations on where to dine- even giving us discount...

We just stayed the one night as a treat away from the kids. Paul our host was really freindly and makes an excellent breakfast. The rooms have everything you need, and a comfy bed. It's just a short walk to the town centre ( about 3 min ) and Keswick itself is one of our favourite places with great walks...

We stayed at Babbling Brook Guesthouse for two nights in a double room with en suite. The room was perfect for our needs - comfy bed, good temperate control, fast and free wifi, and a wonderful view out over the hills. Plus the english breakfast included was just what we needed to start off our day in the Lake District!...
