Grassmoor Guest House is a perfect place to stay for walking in the Lakes. It is just a two minute walk into Keswick itself and it perfect for exploring the Lakes. The room was very clean and well kept. The breakfasts were fantastic. I would highly recommend the scrambled eggs!

Hi, we stayed here as a group of four for a weekend of cycling, canoeing and hiking. Our fantastic hosts were very welcoming and happily stored our bikes. As we had a very early start one day, they also arranged for some breakfast to be left in our rooms. Grassmoor is an easy walk to the town centre and has beautiful views of Skiddaw. Rooms were very well presented and the food was delicious. Couldn't ask for more!

Grassmoor Guest House in Keswick was a perfect place to be based for our first time exploring the lakes. A very clean and well presented house, the room was great, although a little small there was still plenty space to hang our "going-out" clothes and store our walking gear. The breakfasts were exceptional, delicious and filling, with a range of options. Shareen was lovely to talk to each morning and made sure that we were well catered for. We had a brilliant time and can't wait to visit again.
