Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The Hotel is very clean and the hosts were so helpful and friendly. I'd recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay at Keswick. Only downn side is the limited street parking (which looked like Keswick in general) but id still give this 5 stars

Messaged Owner Lorraine saying love to stay but unsure of Boris announcement so Lorraine provisionally booked a family room for 3 adults which I later confirmed! Arrived and Lorraine had kindly upgraded us to a larger room! Room clean, lovely bedding, large double shower and plenty fluffy thick towels! What can I say about breakfast just Wow! Lovely full English breakfast with meaty Cumberland sausage and Lakeland bacon, lovely fresh fruit salad and plenty of toast just Yummy! This is truly a diamond of a place, right from arrival we felt welcome and safe. Lorraine and Simon were welcoming and made us feel like family. A short walk from the town and Derwent water you couldn't ask for more. The room was cosy, clean and quiet. with nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was wholesome and cooked to perfection, with everything thought of to make us feel safe during the pandemic. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cosy welcoming place to stay in the lakes.

A warm welcome, spotlessly clean throughout and comfortable rooms. Great location for access to town and a wide variety of walks on the doorstep. Parked the car on arrival and didn't need it again until sadly it was time to go home. Amazing breakfast will power you up the first fell of the day and a sweet treat waiting when you get back. What's not to like? Lorraine and Simon are natural hosts providing a great experience which is a real joy in these difficult times
